Our full construction overhang with a solid 2x6 Wood Fascia with aluminum drip edge creates a look that compliments the use of this building for a Shed, Bunkie or Studio.  By extending the roof water sheds further away from the structure.  The aluminum drip edge around the perimeter of the roof keeps water flowing off the shingles and not up under the roof.  An option to consider is aluminum fascia for lower maintenance.  

We use LP Smart Panel Siding and Trim.  It comes with a 5 year parts and labour warranty and 50 year prorated warranty.  It is primed so you can paint it the colour that best suits your environment.  It is made from SFI certified wood and comes with a Green Building Code certification.  Exclusive to Bosman is a sealer coat on the inside panel creating a smooth finished professional look.
